How to paint a French door?

A french door, essentially a door consisting of glass panels separated by wooden frames, is a mark of style and aesthetic taste of the owner. They bring in natural light and give your living space a more open feel. They should be painted properly to go with the color scheme of the house as well.

Much consideration is needed before painting a French door as it is laborious and generally a one-time job. Traditional white can make way for more shades in peach, cream, pale colors which the interiors feel more sunny and soothing. Light-colored walls can be complemented well with French doors, or back doors painted in bold shades, like red, rust or even deep brown. Other unique colors that will go with any shade of wall-paint with a difference are leaf green, sea-blue or sunflower yellow to give the house a more contemporary feel.

High-quality paint and much consideration can result in an elegant front door worth the effort!
