An information kiosk is the kind that are very popularly found in information points and are used to give out information to people and tourists in public places. But these are not the only kinds that are now popular, such traditional ones are now being overtaken by the interactive kiosk- which are computerized. They store all the information that a tourist or anybody else would need to access, and apart from just giving out information, there are many that also sell things and provide other services such as access to the internet etc. They are gaining more popularity every passing day.
